Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When I make a mistake, how can I continue? Because there is this red error marker...

A: You can simple delete it with the delete key, like regular input.

Q: How can I use Keys with a non-U.S. keyboard?

A: You can use any physical keyboard, but only these keyboard layouts are supported right now:

– U.S. English
– German
– German Neo2
– Swedish
– British English
– Canadian English
– Australian

When you use a different keyboard layout, keys can and often do produce different character than what is printed on. This is confusing because looking at the keyboard doesn't help, but other than that it works well.

You can set the keyboard layout independently from the keyboard in System Preferences>Language & Text>Input Sources by checking the U.S. entry, check the Show Input menu in menu bar option at the bottom of the preference pane, and then pick it from the menu bar item with the small flag.
